Job Duties:
- To configure Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Core HR, Benefits, Payroll and ORC) to meet business requirements.
- Plan,execute and validate data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM using HDL.
- Integrate Oracle HCM with other enterprise systems (ERP and payroll) using OIC.
- Enhance systems performance through systems configuration changes, database tuning and code optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a closely related field with 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Oracle/Assistant Consultant.
- Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.
- Extensive travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites for assignments of various unanticipated duration within the US is required.
