Automation Quality Assurance Developer
Duties:
Develop and execute tests in Visual Studio, TFS and MTM using Selenium Web driver, C#, Java and Web services with Nunit, Cucumber, Specflow and xBehave in the Test Automation Frameworks. Execute the test in Eclipse IDE and ALM using Selenium Web driver, C# and Java with TestNG, Maven and Jenkins in the Test Automation Frameworks.
Analyze the Mainframe systems COBOL Source code and develop the manual test scenarios and test cases for mainframe testing by scripting and executing the JCL programs.
- Create the automation scripts using a combination of C# and Java programming languages.
- Build the C# and Java automation framework using the Selenium Webdriver automation tool. Analyze C# source code programming and write the automation script in C# and Java using Selenium, Cucumber and Spec flow tools.
- Perform mobile automation testing using Selenium Web driver, C# and Java in iPhone and Android devices.
- Integrate the C#/Java automation frameworks with external and third party applications.
- Incorporate Agile Methodologies to the automation test and attend the daily scrum calls and meetings.
- Create the test result reports using Json Formatter and Validator.
- Perform regression testing of application for every new build released.
- Create daily reports from ALM, TFS and MTM for presentation of higher management.
- Oversee day-to-day changes and support the Functional Integration Testing by enhancing the automation script and framework.
- Interface with project manager to ensure QA Functionalities cover all Business Requirements and develop Master Test Plan using Microsoft project manager. Design, develop, execute and document Test Plans, Test Strategy and Test Cases for Automation testing and Performance testing.
- Participate in the Agile Sprint planning for user stories, time estimations and derived QA tasks. Coordinate with the Technical team and Product owner to understand functionality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering or a related field of study, and five (5) years of progressive experience in a related occupation. Work experience or academic coursework must have included: Selenium Web Driver, C#, Java, Mobile Tests, Selenium RC, Visual Studio, TFS, MTM, Web services, Nunit, Specflow, xBehave, Automation Frameworks, Eclipse, ALM, Json Formatter and Validator.
